2024 FLY IN

Please fly safe, review, and follow the following rules:

pilots must sign in and register
signed waiver required before flying
attend pilot briefing before flying
follow pattern requirements
wristband must be worn at all times
keep the runway clear (remove equipment from the field and don't set up until just before launching)
landing pilots have right of way, look behind you before taking off
fly commensurate with skill level
DO NOT harass wildlife or people
DO NOT fly low over people, buildings, or animals
keep all equipment, tents, vehicles, and people behind the flight line unless directly involved in flight operations
NO loitering, foot drags, acrobatics, or otherwise near the takeoff and landing zones
NO flying at night – FAR 103.11
Don’t fly in a manner that poses a hazard to those in the air OR on the ground – FAR 103.9(n)
No group training and NO STUDENT SOLOS!!!
tandem instructional flights require passenger to sign waiver
balloon passengers must sign a waiver
pets must be kept on a leash
clean up immediately after your pets

Refunds and Cancellation:

If you preregister and are unable to attend please request a refund prior to the 23rd.

If the event if canceled due to events beyond our control, the decision to issue full or partial refunds will be made based on the timing of and reason for the cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to the fly-in and property to anyone.

Pilots refusal to follow rules and/or ignore air bosses may result in being grounded and/or removed from the property.

5PM Duck Drop Begins

5:30-7:30PM Flights for Ducks

8PM Duck Drop Deadline

8:30 PM Annual Awards and Duck Drop Awards
