Georgia: (PENDING) The following information will be sent upon request:  (A) A full and fair description of the programs and activities of Aurora PPG, Inc.; and (B) A financial statement or summary which shall be consistent with the financial statement required to be filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to Code Section 43-17-5.

Kansas: In Kansas our license number is PENDING - we are currently exempt from registering.

Wisconsin: (PENDING - we are currently exempt from registering.) A financial statement of the Aurora PPG, Inc., disclosing assets, liabilities, fund balances, revenue, and expenses for the preceding fiscal year, will be provided upon request.
